Soul Searching
Bright as the sun in the morning
And light as a rainbow after the rain
You make me lose all of my pain
I am so amazed that you are here
you leaving me without hope is my biggest fear
The first moment I laid my eyes on you
I knew that you were the one
And that my search was finally done
Forever happy I am because of you
You do things to me I cannot explain
You make me to not feel so vain
This love which we share
Has endured triumph, heartache and despair
But it has remained strong and full of care
If it wasn't for you, surely I'd be sad
For you are my inspiration, my song
Without your love, my life would be wrong
Love is a river flowing peaceful and long
and it is refreshing and breathtaking
wanting and making
Every effort for it to work.
In my heart, I feel your heartbeat as my own
And I now know I will no longer be alone
