Soul Healer

Grant me to dive deep Into the depths of your soul’s autumn, Where shadows dance and sorrow thrives. Let me take all your sorrows, Embrace them with tender verse, And weave a poem, my words immerse. Allow me to put my poetic song Upon your soul’s sorrows, A melody to dissolve sadness in your eyes. I’ll create a symphony, A symphony that will suck your sadness, Transform it into notes of gladness. I’m a poet, a healer of hearts, With ink and passion as my art, I’ll mend your wounds, piece by piece, With stanzas that offer you sweet release. Though you left me alone, my dear, I bear the weight of your disloyalty, But I’m still here, ready to heal thee. You chose another, broke my heart, Yet still I stand, poetic and whole, Unfolding verses to console. Leave me, when you are finally healed, I will not mind, for I understand, Sometimes love takes an unforeseen bend. But let my words be etched in your soul, I know you can not gather shattered pieces of your heart, Let them scatter as they may, I’ll assemble the pieces of your broken heart, And again let your soul’s vibrant hues glow, A balm for the pain, a tender console, And when you’ve mended your broken parts, In gratitude, leave me again. For I am a poet, forever destined to roam, Healing souls, then bidding them farewell, As my verses create stories to tell.
