Sorry, No Stars, No Wishes

Dear girl, won't you wish upon a star?

     "Oh yes, so many stars there are!"

"Oops, my logbook, I can't believe -
with so many children since Adam and Eve,
I don't wish you to be disabused,  
but every star's been used."

     "What are you saying, Fairy Godmother?"

The last two were taken by your brother.
