The article was written
All the critics had chimed in
Not what they had expected
Each one having their own spin

Words taken out of context
Knowing not what they had meant
Accusations unfounded
Hurting wasn't his intent

Apologies to all
Harm wasn't meant
His heart it is breaking
To all he repents
