Sorry

“probably if you were ready to go, you wouldn’t be here now.”

i am standing here
in the pouring rain
letting my clothes soak
before i leave you again.

i am so sorry for what i said
my words have meaning,
so please forgive my head.

i’d rather spend an eternity with you,
than with somebody else.

so please don’t leave,
because i mean everything i said:
losing you would be like
killing myself.

but if you want to go,
i’ll understand your request
i’ve destroy this love and everything else.

so just remember,
I’LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU
and i am so sorry,
for everything i’ve said.

Welcome to Poetry Soup. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
