When I need words to write my poems, The song by the Beatles, Let It Be, inspires me; I feel the pain and the hope within the lyrics, And I can relate to the feelings of sadness. And in the night my mother comes to me, She fills me with strength just like mother Mary; In this song of Let It Be, and I feel happiness, And can write my poems more beautifully, And though my life is shattered and broken, I leave my problems far behind and let go; And I will make mother proud of me always, I let it be, and write my weeping poetry. ....has something special going on in her brain. I can share one thing more with you before I read some more of your work. I used to investigate aircraft accidents. At one, a couple of young girls were killed. For a long time and even now, I feel as though they are standing right behind me when I perform anything relating to safety. They are telling me to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else please. It's almost like being haunted, but in a very pleasant way. They are not angry.

Duke, I have a few ghosts I think, one of course is my mother, and the other my grandmother, and I think one of my cats come once in a while, and perhaps others in dreams, or is it my imagination, which ever it is comforting and I do not fear them

....there will always be evidence of the repair. The same is true of aircraft with damaged wings. When we look close, we can see the work that was done. As a child we think that somehow we caused the bad things to happen and that we must be perfect to compensate and make sure that these things never happen again. We can't be and things will happen to us. For what you have been through you ache. Is is plain. You are also a special person. Anyone who can feel what you do about your mom....

After my sister died I told my grandma that it should have been me who died and then mother and father would not cry, but somehow they found themselves again and me and we went on but forever in sorrow, and the bond with my mother was made even stronger

Broken Wings, I am now part of your care group because of the story you told us about your sister and what happened as a result. I think about this all the time because I have my own demons and a crazy family history. I believe it was mental abuse that I suffered. It made me hurt badly as a child and has had an effect on me since that time. Anyway, this is a beautiful work of art and Lenin was a master. He would love the way you used his song. I believe wings can be repaired, although...

Duke, thanks for the visit, when my sister died, it left a deep scar on the soul of this little girl, I was changed forever, yet from that despair and sadness was born the poet ~

Since my mother passed away I have always felt her close to me and I often feel her hand upon my hair or a whisper encouraging me ~
