Song Bird
It took us a moment to fulfill a lifetime
The flame of my heart will touch the part of what I'm waiting for
Feeling good inside we will light the flame that held our hearts
To be bold in a world that's gone a bit crazy
Shape through the dream with long lines an explosion
An aura of sweet angelic frenzy sought after it's humble plea
A beacon of hope to a much hurting world in need
To embrace the touch of the song bird in between
We trusted in nature to beckon the evening plough
Trust in the song to help you get along
Song bird sings her sweet song in the night
Amidst a rainbow in disguise we learn to fly
Silently it's feathers begin to flutter in the wind
A shade of grass springs new from within
Out of it's sadness a parting gladness to a new tune released
We long to recapture those loving memories of long ago
A flock of geese fly's above to summon where my head should go
In borrowed pews we bring good news of a time well spent in thought
Along caverns filled with bats we tend to over act
Angels in disguise to summon it's parting prey
Help shade the flame of love to a lost scope
Give us flight to take on a dream to share
