When God asked Abraham for his son, He said, your only son, son that you love; which meant, God knew how dear he was to Him. And why wouldn't be He be so precious, when Isaac was the son of promise of whom he was the beginning of the promise seed by which Abraham was to be the father of many nations. I remember the day when my son, my only birth son Randy Emmanuel was born with life threatening injury, who was urgently life flighted to the closest children's hospital; and the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous then, that were sent up, from California to Jacksonville Florida, praying for his life, prevailed. And those same prayers would years later now be, for an entirely new healing. For we rejoiced from the time that God spoke to name him Emmanuel, therefore revealing to us, in confirmation with his grandmother Mary Elizabeth, who came with a Word that God said "Name him Emmanuel." meaning God with us. So, our son was a promised gift from God, and the child He gave me, I would in return dedicate to Him, the son of our answered prayers, son of our promise, my only begotten, our son that we love.
