Somnolence
Reveling in the crisp fall weather,
Autumn dreams her time away.
Lulled by all the beauty 'round her,
Forgetting that good times don't stay.
Startled from her dreams when feeling
The first touch of wintry breeze,
Autumn packs her fading garments,
Waves goodbye to barren trees.
