Somewhere, Someplace, Somehow

Somewhere the sun's shining
  Perhaps in your heart
For the sky's gray and complaining
  From the very start

Someplace laughter's ringing
  Perhaps in your ears
For the streets are deserted
  In dread winter's fear

Somehow hope emerges
Could it be from your spirit?
This lone voice calls out to you
I'm so glad you can hear it

LOVE THIS! So well written. Love how you tilted it. Adore the rhyme scheme. I love the idea of a lone voice calling from somewhere... perhaps far. But then. the spirit hears. NICE!

I think "hope emerges always from your spirit" - so this one spoke deeply to me.
