Somewhere Near Nowhere

Just  for the slightest sense
       of doing something,
             of going somewhere,

                      some dare the dark depths
                            of the sea or sky-jump
                                   into thinnest air,

                                         others climb peaks 
                                               of the mind, zooming away
                                                      in a rocking chair!
