Somewhere In the World

Hide away, my child
Hidden dangers lurk beneath
Innocence prevail

Hatred manifests
Alarmingly disguises
As contorted love

Lost society
Pressured into submission
Subterfuge action

Gains foothold, at last
With enlightened applauses
New generation

Into the soul's well
Restitution shines beacon
Forgiveness takes time

Some never are able to forgive but forgiveness helps the one forgiving most. Congratulations on your win Theresa. ; )

Forgiveness comes easily, it's forgetting that hangs on.
