Somewhere I Belong

I thought I knew when I was two
That I belonged to you

When I turned four you walked out the door
I never knew you anymore

Mom took over and turned the corner
My mom, my brother, and me

Beyond the years I grew to be
An artist , Poet and Wife

Today I know where I belong
With my husband and all his love!
