Somewhere

I wandered from pillar to post
Looking for somewhere I cared the most
Where I could sit in my underwear
Knowing that no one would care

Just an ordinary place
Somewhere out of the rat race
A place to call my own
Where I can be all alone

Sometimes my need is to be
Alone don’t you see
Not needing anyone there
Just to shut my eyes and not care.
