Sometimes
Sometimes life can be as if
you are living in a dream
everything going smoothly
life is just so very good
Your days are filled with joy
happiness seems a given
your family and friends
are all gathered round
Yet here come the clouds
every day reality intrudes
small and large disasters
begin striking taking toll
Back down to earth we come
learning to take good and bad
moulding them best as can be
not perfect as life seldom is
