Sometimes

sometimes I have good information but obviously not enough to convince many of my friends of its importance we all live in our own little bubbles believing what makes sense to us according to the ways that we have been trained and I.Q. or individual thinking styles what’s right and what’s wrong in this world today opinions are many and varied we are drifting and drifting inside our bubbles on an endless sea which is sometimes turbulent sometimes smooth drifting on and on to where who really knows Jan. 13, 2021 for Emile Pinet's Suzette Prime Poetry Contest (hope I did this right. Not good with prime numbers)

‘My mind is already made up, so don’t confuse me with the facts!’ That’s how it is, actually, with most of us. Superbly written as usual, Andrea! Congrats on your win!

Congratulations Andrea! Your poem earned a distinguished place in my contest. I was very strict, but your poem rose in the ranks and made the list. Very well done my friend, Emile.

It does feel like we've been in bubbles for a long time

Ah our pretty blue marble spins around and around and revolves and continues and where it stops no one knows. People are so complex that to try to figure them out is and effort in futility. They're like snow flakes, no two are exactly alike. We should all come with a warning stamped on our bottoms. HANDLE WITH CARE. A fine piece. God Bless and good luck in the contest. JB

I could see lots of '5' used here dear Andrea. GREAT job with a difficult form. I didn't get time for some time now to attempt any of these forms.. yes I agree that opinions are varied... in a world where right and wrong keep changing their meanings.. Hugs ~ Ani
