Something To Tell Her

Something to Tell Her As I step through silence, My universe shatters, My heart is pulsing, pounding now, These echoes are haunting me, My footprints are untraceable. As I go to sleep tonight, I'll wake anew with each breath being my last. Yesterday is history, memories stowed away. Today I'll tell her, My courage will roar, no more fears, Stepping into silence has never been so scary, I've changed brutally, All this hurt and pain and disdain, My change is my repentance.
