Someone Important

Someone important.
Who could it be?
If you saw us together,
Then you would see.

She’s the best person I've ever
met.
She’s beautiful, kind, and
smart.
I can’t imagine my life without
her.
She’s been there for right from
the start.

Everyone should understand
how I feel,
Because I’m sure they’d feel
the same.
Now, I know this poem isn't the
best one there is.
It’s probably lame.

I don’t really care.
I love this girl with my heart
and soul.
She's the toughest girl I've ever
known.
She's the one who encouraged
me to make a goal.

She's made me realize my
mistakes
And taught me how to learn
from them.
She showed me how much
courage and strength it takes
To raise eight kids on your own

I don't know how many times
I've probably hurt her or if I
ever did,
But I know that no matter how
many times I do,
Whether it be in the past,
present, or future,
She'll always love me no matter
what.

She's my mom, you know.
