Someone Cares
When your load is heavy
and feel you can't go on,
when the tears are flowing
and the pain goes on and on~
When your heart is breaking
and the pressure is so strong,
when your days heavily drag
never ending, growing long~
When you are disappointed
and everything seems wrong,
when days ahead look hopeless,
The future looks bleak and long~
Someone cares~our Heavenly Father,
He's there reaching out to you!
He longs to hold your hand.
Jesus will help you make it through~
