Someone

Someone 

Out there, someone is listening
Someone is waiting to be heard
To be loved, 
To be cared for
Someone is dreaming dreams 
we dare not dream
Someone has finally spoken their heart out
The truth, 
The secrets they guarded so painfully 
Someone has turned their life upside down
Some vice or foolishness has taken hold
Someone is holding on to the last glimmer of hope
Seeking solace with patience and prayers 
Someone is on the verge of flying sky high
Someone is too tired to even try
