Somebody of Low Ambition
The scarcely bothered about The Best,
Second-hand TV his prayer request:
After divorce, a prostitute
For a substitute,
Benefit of doubt to crooks
He happens to have excused their looks!
A likely buyer of a car
Whose source is dirty,
Because it can still get far
And still in years not thirty
The willing taker of drugs
With only a week to their expiry:
Never a bothered shoulder shrugs,
After this confirming from honest inquiry…
I’m that somebody of Low Ambition
Sure to emerge tops during Our Exhibition.
