Some Moments

I wish Some moments Would last Forever To shield us From those We'd rather forget I wish these moments Would stop time Hold us in place We Together Forever It would bind us As we kneel Together Paying homage To our garden Or sunset walks On lonely bush tracks Heading toward That illuminated cross Where an old man Spoke to God Bruschetta brunch On a Sunday morning A simple food A simple joy To share With you When all all is spent An sweat We fall asleep In each others arms Under a whirling Tropical fan And I dream It lasts forever That moment I see your smile On return from work I would die For it To last forever But it never did And I Feel I'm the walking dead Mourning what was And what is I don't want this These feelings To last Forever

Thanks for sharing this... Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
