Some Love of Clouded Vision

Some love of clouded vision Drilled my heart with indecision, Broke the solitude of circumstance, Hammered in the pulsing vein; And with a blind uncertainty Stumbled on disparity, Fell and launched once more to fly, Soared triumphant, crashed again. With youthful complication, Half despair, half jubilation, Raised up my hopes defiantly To scream across the land; And on the cross of eventide Was either freed or crucified, To live because you willed it so, Or perish by your hand.
