Some Like It Hot

Dantes inferno, it's the perfect temperature... for a barbeque! They say the women, down in that old inferno... are all very hot! if you get to choose, don't pick the hell where they are... all drinking coffee! And if they ask you, where you want to vacation... don't say somewhere hot! date: 3/23/23 Hell Haiku Poetry Contest Sponsor: Robert James Liquori

Such a beautifully nostalgic celebration of both art and life, wrapped in the charm of Parisian streets and bohemian allure. The way the poem weaves through moments of inspiration, reflection, and the timeless beauty of the city captures the essence of an artistic journey. The references to Suzanne Valadon and the contrast of different artistic voices—paired with the intimate exploration of self—make this a captivating ode to both a birthday and the endless pursuit of meaning through art.

Absolutely love the playful take on Dante’s Inferno! The mix of fiery humor and clever wordplay makes it a sizzling read. And who knew hell had such a hot vacation spot—just as long as there's no coffee involved! ???

Thank you so much Luna, I am unsure if you heard the somewhat poor joke about, "coffee breaks over, back on your heads!" One of the rooms in Hell. Meru
