Solid Relations
Solid Relations
Our stepping-stones were moved further apart
by the willing hands of your hurting heart
Free Willingly, agreed to the gentle pace,
I answered your wishes with extended grace
A reason enough for me - to patiently wait
for the inner-feelings of your heart to relate
to exactly the way that your dreams were once built
before I even stepped into your world.
Our bridge, in the meantime, is paving a way
Even though slowly, through each lonely day
Feeling assurance that one day there'll be
a wedding of free souls – that’s you - and that’s me
Until such a fairytale urge us to dare
I promise my presence; that I will be there
to be admitted to your longing arms
before I intend a pursuit with my charms
Our castle securely awaits our return
when without a fear - without hurt we will yearn
for The Rock that our dwelling would be standing in
Then, when the bond of our friendship begin:
Firmly foundationed we mend, to restore
The fails of the past now, they mean so much more
I have a left foot that’s casted in stone
Concrete your right side– We've builded a throne!
Redeemed, set aside, we worship and serve
our God also King in the house that we live
'cause He was invited to host our intend
No other fortune or bliss comprehend
All our believes were initially pure
It seemed like a mansion, though still we were poor
Me and my house and the people there in -
We'll serve the Lord! Let our marriage begin...
