Softly she whispers words of love Gentle, her fingers that caress, Warm, the lips that place a kiss, She fills my life with tenderness. Sweeter than fruit upon a vine, More beautiful than an English rose, Oh, my racing heart be still, You race because it's you she chose. Each passing hour seems more worthwhile, Each precious moment treasured so.
