Softened Attention
This,
right here,
mind body,
is where we are.
Not negation then,
rather embracing truth,
shift into the heart centre,
feeling therein bliss that canters,
we embrace, hold and softly release,
divine offerings with nonchalant ease.
All it takes is thought rested awareness,
wherein attentive in no-thingness,
we imbibe bliss by osmosis.
Thus one with the universe,
joyous, we sing our verse,
moment to moment,
moments entwined,
with divine,
feeling
love.
