From one to a mob a person becomes people
An idea becomes action
Results occur
Blame only sticks to individuals
Responsibility dissipates
Pride fuels greed
Exploitation is honorable
Benevolence is a weakness
Restitution is regarded as unearned reward
Oppression does not mature
