Social Worker - PS

Some say I’m a mean girl, but that’s not true
I put on a facade when my heart’s feeling blue
I enjoy camaraderie, conversation and silly fun 
And will be there for others until my life is done

I enjoy feeling the sunny rays warming my face
And being home in my garden, my peaceful place
I enjoy watching and feeding birds and hearing their song
And dreaming of Spring birds, and winter to be gone

I love to cultivate flowers and plants in the Spring
And enjoy Reading outside and the peace it brings
A favorite past time are my walks with my dog
They clear my head of any stress and brain fog
 
I adore my friends and will always lend them a hand
Defend and honor their beliefs and with them I stand
Social work has been my lifelong dedicated career
And know making a difference is a gift I hold dear

Family is important to me, and I love all of mine
And enjoy holiday gatherings and treasure spending time
If you still think I’m a mean girl you, then you really don’t know
How beautiful my heart is and it's kindness I like to bestow

Self assessment is the best assessment. If we are convinced about our own strong points, it is enough ! We cannot always make others see what we are. Many may misunderstand us and fail to see our goodness. It is humanly impossible to satisfy all. This misunderstanding has been there from the beginning of human history.... !
