I blocked you today
even though I'd love to be play offensive
I put my fence up and filled in the trenches

See you've become unhealthy for me
almost like consuming a piece of glass
She has you and I've got to
finally learn to look passed

You were almost like an addiction
I almost stalked you on face book
Dying to read a status, dying to hold on
                 to hope.
But I got sick of dying for someday.

All you ever wrote about was her.
And every time I signed on I'd curse.
It was like self mutilation every time
I logged on because you wrote of love.
And it wasn't for me. So I've gotta let it burn.

I block you today. Not because I hate you.
It's far from that. It's just I've got to get me back.
Because dealing with falling for you I kind of lost that.
