Social graces

Save me some of that please the social graces Cause I can't pretend like I don't have favour While I'm here criticising the social graces For I've never been in the in crowd I had to always pull my chair over the table So that I can belong like others But now I think I also need the social graces So that my things make a way to the front Cause now I'll be known by those on the table And I'll be part of the conversation For you only support one who is your own So save me some of those social graces I need more than a few if I'm to ever make it Cause casting stones at the upper graces Will only leave me out from enjoying this social graces The PO£T
