Your sweet love comes
Bring all the best in me
There's love, magic in all you do
With you my whole being feels like brand-new
Your love illuminates heart, soul
Brings beautiful  love song
Makes my heart sing
Softly.

The " Rictameter" is a very popular invented poetry  form or style that just popped up on the internet in the last decade. No one seems to take credit as the source. 
The  "Rictameter" has  a scheme similar to the Cinquain poetry form or style.
