breaths were shorter
my attention span longer
and my field of vision narrower
but my eyes open so much wider
......................................................
now every thought of her lifted me higher
my life was at once inexorably transformed
and nothing would ever be the same
..............................................
whatever this sensation was
it had transformed me

but she was a
puppy &
