So Much I Could Worry About

There is so much I could worry about.
Wasting precious minutes of my day
Worrying, worrying, worrying, worrying, worrying.
I choose to not do it.

I would like NOT to do it, but I need some techniques to help me follow through on my resolve from time to time. My mother was a great worrier. She would sit around and think of something to worry about even if she had nothing to worry about. I've always said it contributed to her cancer.

I do believe that laughter and happiness helps get rid of cancer, but I also knew a woman who kept worrying she might GET cancer. She did get it and lasted about two weeks.
