So Done
I’m so done waiting for Love to strike
help aint coming and that's not polite
I’m fed up with the years waisted in the chase
time to change gears and pick up the pace
No one gives a hoot about me no more
no one gives a damn if I’m kicked to the floor
Each to their own, that’s what it’s about
the worlds gone mad and I have no doubt
No one’s sane, they all live a lie
they’re going to hell as soon as they die
Where’s the calm, the comfort we crave
it’s just a storm and I feel like a slave
I’m so done with this stupid life
what is the point when it’s full of strife
Love aint coming, no helping hand
we’re all alone in this messed up land
No more pretending, that I am who I’m not
it’s clear as day that I’ve been forgot
I’m done with the struggles dragging me down
in a world full of chaos I’m standing my ground
Broken hearts and broken dreams
that’s all life offers - or so it seems
Where’s the spark, where’s the fun
where’s the Love, I feel so done
But - I’m kick ass, all on my own
and it aint so bad - being alone.
