So Alone
As i stand alone
on the moutain
between life and death
feels like
the world is counting
my every breath
so i neal to
the lord to
heal the doubting
enough is enough
pour me better
from a fountain
soft music
played rough
tears water my eyes like
rain from the skies
to ease the pain and suffering
threats and lies
this is not a
cry for lov e
nor faith
it's a cry for forgiveness
your love was worth the wait
so alone" so alone
i am
so alone
that my shadow
hides when
i walk
so alone in the streets
of new york
