So Alive

So alive for purposeful reason
Marked by blessed victorious lesson
Our souls optimize functional space
As we be breathed with God’s love and grace.

Along kindness’ strength for helping glow
Our hearts burst with compassion-flow
Leaving ripples of good impact trace
As we be breathed with God’s love and grace.

Reaching-out to offer blissful hope
Against miseries of global scope
Our faith triumphs upon prayer-brace
As we be breathed with God’s love and grace.

Overcoming trials, grievous pain
Our spirits praise midst gratitude gain
Revived to serve through stewardship mace
As we be breathed with God’s love and grace.

Doing best, viewing eternal home
We share; not around selfishness roam 
Though death our flesh in due time does face
As we be breathed with God’s love and grace.
