Snowy Owl

Snowy Owl, your feathers so white
I have always wanted to see you
I hear other kinds, hooting in the night
A pleasure it would be to see you too

I suppose one snowy winter
You will fly so quietly here to visit me
After the summer flowers wither
You will arrive with splendid beauty

I love hearing them "Hoo" to each other across the trees. Your poem is wonderful Heidi, you always know how to bring nature to the screen.
