Snow Scene

The sky was full of drifting snow; It seemed the silent world was white. He shivered as the snowflakes fell, And watched her footprints fade from sight.

Hi Jack! This entry was very well crafted...a powerful 4 lines that shows a man standing in complete heartbreak. Congrats! Gwendolen

Maybe you already knew that, but in case you didn't, I thought it was very useful to know how to view old poems. From the hits my blog got, I could tell people were not too interested in knowing about it!

I love the ominous atmosphere created here. I think she got stuck in a blizzard! Jack, my oldest you keep finding are not really my oldest. If you go to the blogs and find the last one I posted, I gave information in that blog how to bring up all a poets' old poems and see the VERY last one. My very last one is about Christmas elves and it's on a page 16 that you can find by following the directions given at my blog. If I had not stumbled on this fact, I could not see really old poems of friends
