Snow In Late May

Late in May and snow is falling The end is near the voices are calling This is the north Desist henceforth Or you will endure a vicious mauling

I certainly felt that way when we had a late May snow, Jack. I love your limericks and I can relate to many of them.

Jack, I recall snow on Memorial Day when I was a youngster in the hills of West Virginia. Our band was to play for a celebration, and the valves on my trumpet froze up. It's in the lower to mid-fifties here in northeastern Kentucky today...May 30th! Winter is eating away at spring!

It was like "do my eyes deceive me" They were HUGE flakes but disappeared as soon as they hit the ground! Holy Crap!
