Snake Sirloin

Serenading with sermons at services,
Serious seraphims searched out self-serving serpents.
But serrated silver certainly surpasses serenity.
Sirloin snake steaks seared and served by servants.

Thanks, Jan. There aren't too many foods I wouldn't try, and very few I dislike (limburger cheese tops the list of the unsavory) but I've never eaten snake. Id be willing. I love turtle and frog legs. :))

Thank you, Silent. No offense intended here. Purely fiction and does not imitate the sentiments of the writer. Lol.

You have a vivid imagination, Rhoda:) Enjoyed this alliteration with a smile...I have no doubt you wrote it with a big grin on your face! A pity both our entries did not slide into the finals:) Regards // paul

Thanks, Kim. Lol. Just a bit of my off the wall humor in this piece. First alliteration I've written. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks again.
