Snake
Thump, thump, bumpty, bump
I can hear you above
My instincts have kicked in
I can't eat anymore
I can only imagine what you taste like
My mouths watering
That savoury moment
Please for heaven's sake
Stare in my eyes
So I can hypnotize
Forget to lock my cage
Then I will make my way
Up the stair
To meet my prey
