I was a home caregiver for a gentleman with AIDS related Dementia. One day, back when I still smoked cigarettes, I was blowing smoke rings, Daniel was watching in awe and stated how it conjured memories of his dad who also use to blow smoke rings.... His recollections helped create this poem...
