Smoke On the Water

Smoke On The Water

Through the woods we sought for caverns & trim
A new way in which to begin once again
In time we would chose the desirable news
Smoke on the water through sullen embers & such
In a 21st century world in quite a rush
A push to deliver the newest chapter of are lives
For some a curse that was written in the sky
Shadows darkened in it's winesome quest
We all must labor to enter into the rest
The whole world is ready to exit the test
Smoke on the water filter through my eyes
Does this source of logic come at a big enough surprise
With the events today on TMZ expose most of their lies
They hide behind the false hidden garb of compromise
To love then boast of the fear of a lonesome smile
We knew all the while we have to much time on are hands
When will we ever understand we can't keep sticking it to the man
The rock bands have played it's music on their guitar
A look inside the nearest heart done swell
With another story in which to tell a quest of nothing more to tell
A human heart can light the spark to what we have been waiting for
Smoke on the water let's not falter hence the open door by which to explore
