The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Smoke From a Fire

Move quickly
towards your goal
    before your vision
is
  blocked
by the smoke from a fire
        the air becomes
  filled with dark particles
let
the
    fire burn itself out
 You can wait
               in a clearing
                       until it does
Don't inhale too much of the smoke!
The stony mountains
            loom ahead of us
    Let's climb to new heights
and leave burning embers
     behind us
If by chance we meet
on the road
  Then together we can
    watch wisps of smoke
  from a
     fire
which once burned brightly
     and is now
   a pile of ashes
   something we conquered
long ago
  Something which lives on
at the edge of our dreams
We need fresh air to breathe!
