Smile of Faded Shine Like Melting Snow

I'm the strangest man you'll ever meet

For I can see into your soul

I'm not here to change your life this hour, this day, this week

I'm not here to make you whole

I'm just a man with a gift unique

I see through your life facade that taken years of time to grow

It's not the other face you show to the world

It's the one behind you never show

I see your journey in your eyes

Your smile of faded shine like melting snow

I don't even know your name 

But your mannerisms are on show

I know your story without your words

I know where you do and do not want to go

Life's journey bends it's curve in time

Do we ever feel at home?

To seek happiness somehow, somewhere with someone?

I see we've met at the same stop in life's little roam

Two journeys crossed in line, in time instant

I don't know if my sins will let me go

But I do think you'll find your path

I think you'll score your goal.
