Smalltown People

Just a small town kid, Always wonder how I hid, all the things i wrecked, all the dirt i did, all the fun i had, all the lies i hid.. Seems so good it couldnt be true.. all the freedooms I expected too, You kids in the city, you wish you were me, sounds like a joke, but you know its real. the privilages i have , so how does it feel? Police, so you see them you have to hide. When your hangin out with friends they tell you too ride, when there is no privilage in the city, there is no side. So in who do you confide? Lately we see it gets too your brains. the hopeless dreams will put you in chains, so eventually they ask why your going in sain, so why??? The dum questions asked over and over you wish you could die, so under their feet you feel like a fly and again why???? Just take your things and get too the corner and cry, why we just tryin to get by,just the kid in the city will never get too fly.. Yet we turn our cheeks while living a lie... Sincerely, The small town kid...
