Dr. James E. Martin
©March, 2014

Slumber is a pleasant thing,
A necessary thing as well.
To each it does relaxation bring
Benefits too numerous to tell.

It does, however, a problem present.

And try ourselves to please.

At work is not the time or place
To in this pleasure resort.
We could find ourselves in shame and disgrace
As we demand to there consort
