Sat in a car to get my shot. Doc says it ought to minimize pending demise. Knee joints are aging, sorely fast They will not last another spring nor highland fling. I’m going for physical therapy for my knee! Mild degenerative arthritis…mild (are you kidding me!) Congratulations!

I wish you well. Have done therapy at home for 7 months now and my knees have improved; but my right one is still weak climbing steps and putting all my weight on it. thanks for the interaction, kim.
