Time has slowed
Not because it’s meant to
But because
You think a million things a second
Time has slowed
Not because it wants to
But because
Pain is fast but last a lifetime
Time has slowed
Not because you’re focused
But because
Everything is happening at once
Time has slowed
Not because it's tranquil
But because
Your senses have drowned
Time has slowed
Because this is it
Time has slowed
Because time is up.
